Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Serkai ("Serkai," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit serkaihq.com or submit the systems audit request form.

Information we collect

When you submit the systems audit request form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, work email address, the area you're trying to improve, the systems involved, what is currently done manually, and what a successful outcome would look like. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, customer data, or other sensitive information, and you should not include any in the form.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool provided by our hosting provider, to understand aggregate site traffic (such as page views and which pages are visited). It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. When you submit the systems audit request form, we also record which focus area you selected as an anonymous, aggregate event, not tied to your name or email. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers. Standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) may be retained by Vercel for operational and security purposes.

Spam prevention

We use Vercel BotID to protect the inquiry form against automated abuse. It processes browser and request signals to verify submissions. These checks are used for security, not advertising.

How we use your information

We use the information submitted through the systems audit form solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether Serkai's services are a fit for your organization. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service itself (for example, our hosting provider) or as required by law.

Data retention

We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of prospective engagements. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@serkaihq.com.

Security

This site is served entirely over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical safeguards, including server-side input validation and rate limiting on the contact form, to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights
